INC64 provides a portfolio of SaaS applications, developer tools, and websites. Features may evolve, and we may modify or discontinue Services at any time.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • You must provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Payments are processed via Stripe or Paddle.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

4.1 Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase.
  • Pro-Rata Refunds: For annual subscriptions canceled mid-term, we provide pro-rated refunds for unused months.
  • Refund Process: Contact enquiries@inc64.com with your account details and reason for refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be denied for accounts terminated for Terms violations or excessive usage beyond fair use limits.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Services for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt our systems.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access.

6. User Content

  • You retain rights to any content you upload.
  • By uploading, you grant us a license to host and process it to provide the Services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content.

7. Intellectual Property

All INC64 intellectual property (software, trademarks, content) remains our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account anytime.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is," without warranties. We disclaim liability for interruptions, data loss, or errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, INC64 LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the past 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts.
